1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between newcity ("Platform", "we", "us") and each registered member ("user", "member", "you") who uses its services. By using any service that requires acceptance of these Terms, you are automatically considered to have agreed to all provisions stated herein.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The newcity website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — The identity and fund management profile created in a user's name upon completing the registration process.
• "Funds" — The total of the cash balance and bonus credits held in an account.
• "Wager" — The amount staked as a bet in a game or betting round.
• "Net Loss" — The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

1.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Should any dispute arise, both parties will attempt to resolve it through negotiation.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account and use any service at newcity, you must meet the eligibility criteria below.

2.1 Age Requirement

All casino and betting activities on the Platform are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Providing a false age during registration is a serious violation and may result in account termination.

2.2 One Account Per Person

A maximum of one account is permitted per individual, household, address, or device. Opening or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited; if discovered, all linked accounts will be permanently closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts created with incorrect or misleading information will face issues during verification, and fund withdrawals may be blocked.

2.4 Voluntary Participation

Joining newcity is entirely voluntary. Each member uses the Platform at their own discretion and their own risk.

3 Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

Keeping your username and password completely confidential is your responsibility. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately. newcity is not liable for any loss resulting from use by a third party.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

For security purposes, newcity may request identity verification at any time. This may require submitting a photo of a national identity card or passport, along with documents related to a bank account or mobile wallet. Withdrawal requests may remain on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Birthday Reward and Verification

To receive a newcity birthday reward, the account must be verified in advance. This reward can be claimed once during the birthday month.

4 Deposits and Financial Transactions

newcity offers Bangladeshi users familiar and reliable methods for depositing funds.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100, the same for every method.

4.2 Legitimacy of Funds

Deposited funds must come from a lawful source. If a suspicious transaction is detected, newcity reserves the right to hold that deposit and investigate if necessary.

4.3 Third-Party Funds Prohibited

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your account. Deposits from another person's account or card are not permitted.

5 Withdrawals and Payments

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Minimum Amount

Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.2 Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may increase if identity verification or a security review is required.

5.3 Withdrawal via the Same Method

For security reasons, withdrawals are generally made using the same method as the original deposit. Exceptions require approval from the support team.

5.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Refusal

Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold in the following circumstances:

• Bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met
• KYC verification is incomplete
• A suspicious or unusual transaction pattern has been detected
• Evidence of multiple account operation has been found

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

newcity offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and a wager of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Promotional Offers

Each promotional offer has its own terms. Whether it is a weekly reload, a slots bonus, or a cricket reward, please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Cash balance will not be deducted for wagers before bonus funds have been used.
• No winnings arising from a bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or bonus arbitrage is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Each promotion can be claimed once only, unless the terms state otherwise.

6.4 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net loss. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Cashback amounts are subject to the maximum rate for each tier.

7 Gaming and Betting Rules

7.1 Finality of Game Results

All game and betting results are final and binding. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, newcity reserves the right to establish the correct result and may void the bet if necessary.

7.2 Disconnection

newcity is not liable for internet disconnections that occur during a game. Results will be determined based on the last state saved on the game server.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Odds in sports markets are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the rules of the relevant section will apply.

7.4 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted due to a server issue, the decision will be made based on the server logs.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on newcity:

• Placing bets or playing games using computer programs, bots, or automated software
• Attempting to gain bonus advantages using multiple accounts or proxies/VPNs
• Attempting to breach or hack the Platform's security systems
• Using the Platform as a tool for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Selling betting advice to other members or arranging to place bets on their behalf
• Impersonating newcity or its staff

If any of these activities are detected, the account will be suspended immediately and funds, including any winnings, may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 newcity's Rights

newcity reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly for violation of these Terms, without prior notice. The decision to return or forfeit funds will be made based on the severity of the violation.

9.2 Member's Rights

You may request closure of your account at any time. Please withdraw all eligible funds before closure. Temporary or long-term breaks for responsible gaming reasons are also available through our support team.

10 Limitation of Liability

newcity is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by technical issues with third-party payment providers or game studios
• Losses caused by faults in the user's own device or internet connection
• Circumstances beyond our control, such as unforeseen natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own voluntary betting decisions

Under no circumstances will newcity's maximum liability exceed the total funds held in a member's account.

11 Privacy and Data Retention

Personal data is not shared with any third party, except where required by legal obligation or necessary for KYC verification.

Even after an account is closed, user data may be retained for a specified period as required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

newcity believes that recreational betting should remain within reasonable limits. All services are for users aged 21+ only.
